The Mitchell Bondi Sun Terrace 2 is in a grand, recently renovated, art-deco period apartment building in the hip, local’s neighbourhood of North Bondi. It’s an 8 minute walk to the beautiful North Bondi Beach and coastal walks and still only steps away from excellent coffee, a wide array of exceptional restaurants bakeries, independent grocers, Woolworths and a pharmacy. With unrestricted street parking and a bus stop steps away, leaving the ‘hood and getting around is a breeze. The sunny, two bedroom, first-floor apartment has a king-size bed in one room, a queen in the other and lots of storage space with built-in robes and drawer units in both bedrooms. It has a full bathroom plus a combination powder-room/laundry with a second toilet. With an exclusive-use, rear terrace featuring North Bondi district views, you’ll enjoy seamless indoor/outdoor living and have several, delightful spaces in which to retreat in comfort. Working from home? The sunroom off the main bedroom has a large desk, super-comfy chair and views of Mitchell Street, as well as ample shelf and cupboard space. There's also a single sofa bed.

The Mitchell Bondi Sun Terrace 2 has been fitted-out with the creature comforts of a true home. It’s air-conditioned, the laundry contains a washer and drier and there is a clothes line outside on the terrace. The full kitchen is well equipped and has all of the usual appliances as well as a Nespresso machine, sharp, good quality kitchen knives and cooking basics (olive oil, some condiments etc). You can also BBQ on the terrace. There is a Bose speaker and two smart TV's; a 65 inch in the living room and 55 inch in the dining room, both of which include Netflix & Apple TV. The main bedroom has a ceiling fan as well as AC. Porta-cot, high-chair and kids plates/cutlery available on request. Kindly note - The Mitchell Bondi is a quiet, residential building in a very quiet neighbourhood. This is not the place for you if you're planning to party or invite late-night groups of people to the property. North Bondi is where the locals live. It has a wonderful beachside vibe and some of the best and healthiest places to eat in the Bondi area. Thanks to the proliferation of shops and eateries at Seven Ways (intersection of Blair Street and Glenayr Avenue), the (North) Bondi Markets and lots of other interesting stores and cafes, North Bondi has a fun and village-like atmosphere. Eat and drink, swim or surf, take a scenic, clifftop walk or simply watch the sun set over Bondi Beach from Ben Buckler…North Bondi is the place to be! The best way to get around Bondi is to walk. It's largely flat and there's lots to see along the way. The easiest way to get into the city is with an Uber which takes around 15 minutes. The 379 bus route which connects with Bondi Junction and Bronte stops just down the street. If you have a car there is unrestricted parking on Mitchell and the surrounding streets.
