Bookings operate under a Strict No-Party & Non-Excessive Noise Policy as prescribed in the NSW Short-Term Letting Legislation and Local Council Laws. Pools where applicable are only open from end of September School Holidays to end of Easter school holidays. Internal & External wood fires only operate between end of Easter School Holidays & end of September School Holidays. We supply firewood, kindling & fire-starters for max 1-2 nights. Extra Guests: The number of people nominated on your booking is the maximum number of people that are allowed to be on the property at any one time. Cameras and Noise Monitoring: Please note this property may have installed a Wi-Fi Security Camera at the front and rear access points.
