The Rested Guest Cottage is perfectly positioned, a short stroll from the Main Street eateries and coffee shops. There are a number of pubs who do great meals and the RSL club is a block away. Guests travelling with children love to visit beautiful Barnardo Park, use the great play equipment or just let the kids run free. In summer, take a swim in the Holland Park Swimming Pool.. It has recently been upgraded and has amazing toddlers pool. Just walk across the street. Stock up on supplies at the Supermarket, its a minutes stroll. West Wyalong has a long history of goldmining, and there are some wonderful places to visit in the original township of Wyalong. The Wyalong Museum is located in the old District Court House in Wyalong (Toppy) It has wonderful displays of life in the early days of settlement in the area. Its well worth the visit, The Visitors Information Centre is located in the Bland Shire Library.
