Please note this is a privately owned and managed apartment in a residential building, and not a hotel. This apartment is as per the photos. It is on the 2nd floor, overlooking beautiful Newcastle Beach. Important note about this property: There is remediation work occurring at this property currently. There will be personnel onsite and may be some construction noise experienced and personnel on site between 7am and 5pm weekdays. Scaffolding is set to be erected from 29 April 2024, taking 4 weeks to be built, and will be in place on the front of this building, covered in sheer mesh, until approximately August 2024. The view may be impacted during this period. This information will be updated as more details are available. The nightly rates have been set with this in consideration and priced accordingly. If you choose to proceed with booking this property, you acknowledge this notice and we appreciate your respect in our communication, and your review.

The Swell is located directly opposite the beautiful Newcastle Beach. With views of the beach, you wont want to leave the apartment! Within walking distance is Newcastle Ocean Baths, Newcastle Beach; The Kiosk, Nobbys Beach, King Edward Park; the Bogey Hole, Honeysuckle Wharf and Hunter St Mall. Along with all of these key spots are a number of great restaurants, cafes and boutiques. Once you park your car, you wont need it again for your stay!!
