For guests seeking the very best access to everything in the central area of Ocean Grove as well as only a short walk to the main beaches, this townhouse delivers! Only a minute or so walk to all shopping, cafes and restaurants. Park the car for your stay as everything is so close. Climate control all over the townhouse with several reverse cycle split system air conditioners. High quality bedding and all linen and towels supplied and all beds made for your arrival. Ceiling fans, WIFI and full laundry including dryer. Very good quality furniture. Open plan living/dining/kitchen upstairs with main bedroom and ensuite with corner spa bath. Downstairs bedrooms 2 and 3 with bathroom. Garage transformed into laundry with washer and dryer, storage and cupboard space. NO CAR ACCESS INTO GARAGE. One parking space next to townhouse and then any further vehicles on street. Sleeping up to 6 family guests with: Bedroom 1 = Queen Bedroom 2 = Queen Bedroom 3 = 2 x Single Beds (Side by side) Split system A/C in upstairs living area and master bedroom. All bedrooms have ceiling fans. Upstairs outdoor area with setting with BBQ. Available all year round for holiday/short term corporate lease. This property requires a $500 bond.
