Brand new, architecturally designed home with two self contained apartments in the heart of Hobart - just minutes to Constitution Dock, the MONA Ferry, Tasmanian Museum & Art Gallery, Salamanca Market and an assortment of cafes and restaurants. The White Room : An architectural masterpiece, the space is simplistic yet beautiful. Bathed in sunlight all day, the living area provides privacy with an exceptional view over the city skyline. The King bedroom comfortably sleeps two guests which can be divided into two single beds if needed. A sofa bed for two is available on request at an additional cost. The Cottage : Mixing old world charm with timeless, modern simplicity, this lavishly appointed apartment showcases remnants of the homes original 1840's convict heritage. The Queen bedroom forms part of the original turn-of-century brick building, with a tasteful modern renovation. The King bedroom features original hand-cut timber floorboards from the 1800's. The bed can sleep two singles if needed - please advise us if you would prefer this option. The apartments can be rented separately or together, at an extra cost.
