This modern two bedroom unit is located in walking distance from Dutchmans beach and is a short 5 minute drive into Nelson Bay Marina. Upon entry into the unit you have an open-plan living, dining and kitchen area that is fully equipped with everything you need to relax and enjoy your meals after a day exploring Port Stephens. It has a comfortable lounge and smart TV in the living room, as well as a 4 seater dining table and a full kitchen with everything you need for your convenience. There is split system air conditioning in this unit making your stay extremely comfortable all year round. The front deck has an outdoor dining setting with a BBQ for your use. There is lots of room in the grassed garden for the children to run around and play. There is room for your car in the carport, as well as street parking available.
