With spectacular space in abundance and a newly built, solar heated pool and spa - our beautiful retreat in Torquay's peaceful Sands Estate will be a luxurious getaway. *Strictly no parties, young groups of 25 years and under (unless accommodated with older family members) or loud noise at the property and no noise after 10pm* We are just a short stroll to the Torquay beaches, parks, golf course, gym, shops, cafe's and a fantastic array of restaurants. Our beloved home is a short drive to the famous Bells Beach, home to the Rip Curl Pro surf competition, and at the doorstep and gateway to the world renowned, Great Ocean Road. *Please note; for a casual small fee, you can access The Sands Resort gym, tennis courts and golf course - just a 5 minute walk away!* Families can spread out and relax in our large home, with two main living spaces, a stunning daybed nook looking out into the Bali inspired garden, spacious kitchen, dining & outdoor al fresco area and large garden area with lounge to enjoy! This place has everything you need for a blissful, rejuvenating, and enjoyable stay. The property has a large open plan kitchen and dining with bi-fold doors that open fully onto the large heated alfresco with a built in BBQ, creating an open indoor - outdoor flow. The alfresco has a dining area and a super comfy swing chair and couches to relax in by the pool. This outdoor space can be enclosed and heated for those fresher evenings. The alfresco leads to the large, solar heated pool and spa and plenty of seating to lounge in. Bedroom layouts: Room 1: 1 x queen (master suite), 1 trundle single bed with ensuite and walk through robe Room 2: 1 x single bed, 1 x queen bed Room 3: 1 x queen, 1 x single bed We have a ducted split system - heating and cooling both downstairs and upstairs, with additional portable fans provided.

There's free parking at the property. We are located at the gateway of the Great Ocean Road - and in the surfing capital of Australia, Torquay - and Bells Beach! So many things to see and do, including the otway treetop walk and flying fox, to surfing lessons, 12 apostles, walks - and hikes, water sports and visiting the quaint surf coast towns on the Great Ocean Road.
