Townhouse 212 is perfectly situated for those wanting a spacious, modern and secure townhouse close to Margaret River town centre. Furnished with deluxe comfortable beds, fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, large dining table with seating for 6 in the downstairs TV lounge area. This two storey open plan townhouse provides three bedrooms (King room with ensuite) all with ceiling fans for cooling. There are two bathrooms in all with living areas on both levels. The master bedroom and ensuite is downstairs and the 2 other bedrooms that share one large bathroom are upstairs. Peace of mind comes from the spacious lock up garage perfect for bikes and sporting equipment. Stunning northern light filters into the downstairs open plan kitchen living area featuring reverse cycle air conditioning to keep you comfortable in both summer and winter, 40 inch LCD TV, DVD player, stereo system and free wireless WIFI.
