We have instant gas hot water available, to ensure no one misses out on a hot shower or bath! Outside features a large undercover deck with magnesium salt therapeutic jacuzzi, BBQ, dining table, lounge area with a gas heater. Further up the garden you will find a firepit and stacked wood. This really is a home away from home, boasting maximum comfort. The perfect location when visiting the Victorian High Country, whether its for skiing, snowboarding, horse-riding, 4WD-ing, mountain biking, hiking or just relaxing with a mulled wine or hot chocolate amongst the snowy gums.

Sawmill Settlement is a sleepy suburb at the foot of Mt.Buller, surrounded by gum trees and wildlife. You will wake to the sound of the kookaburras laughing, and deer are often spotted walking down the road early in the morning. Plenty of possums, kangaroos and wombats to be found in the back garden or in neighbouring areas.
