The multifunction kitchen adjoins the dining area and conveniently includes a washing machine. There is ample space for meal preparation and storage, with cooking basics to get you started on your creations. Dine at the fun tangerine-toned round table setting for four guests. Unwind amongst fresh air in the shared yard furnished with comfortable moon chairs and tables so you can enjoy slowing down with a cup of tea and a good book. Rest and recover with a peaceful night's sleep. The first bedroom has a comfortable queen-sized bed, a sweeping window and a charming study desk. The second bedroom also features a queen bed with leafy outlooks, ambient side table lamps and soft and quiet carpet underfoot. Melt any stress away with a warm shower rinse in the bathroom, where there is a spacious vanity with storage and a large mirror to make your hygiene routine a breeze. Parking at home is carefree, with access to one garage space for your vehicle. **Please note, all linen and towels are provided. Some basic necessities are also provided but those that are not are expected to be purchased by the guest. We have found that guests purchase consumables that build up over time. This system seems to work well.

Prahran is buzzing with activities, an exciting foodie scene and eclectic shopping. Melbourne’s oldest market, Prahran Market is just a 10-minute walk from home where you can sample the best local produce. Take a stroll along Greville Street, an easy four-minute walk away to discover rows of funky vintage shopping, record stores, and charming boutiques. Whilst on Greville, it's worth making a delicious pit stop at White Oaks Saloon Bar for cocktails and sliders. Melbourne takes their coffee seriously and for a taste of a quality brew head to Oscar Cooper, just eight-minutes away on foot and perhaps pair it with their all-day breakfast menu. Chapel Street, 16 minutes away on foot, is the place for fashionistas to see a sample of Melbourne's iconic style and charm.
