Filtered tap water is available from the kitchen tap. The open lounge area is ideal for curling up on the sofa watching the smart TV where you can access all of your usual streaming platforms. Large glass sliding doors open up to the large deck with a fully fenced backyard for the kids to run around in while you relax in the hammock. You can enjoy a glass of bubbles or a cuppa on the back deck while reading your holiday read. There is a 4-burner BBQ and patio heaters to keep you warm, or you can sit around the firepit toasting marshmallows, if that is more your vibe. Make the most of the mesmerising sunrises on a morning walk through the Hindmarsh River boardwalk which leads you to onto the sand for a short stroll to Chiton Rocks. The town centre is a short 10 minute walk where you can enjoy the Horse-Drawn Tram, Cockle Train, Granite Island, Ocean St, Farmers Market, SA Whale Centre, cafés and restaurants, playgrounds... so leave the car at home! Hire a bike and ride to The Bluff at Encounter Bay. Port Elliot is approximately a 40-minute walk along the beach or a 10 minute ride along the Encounter Bikeway.
