I picked this venue because of its' location to the Conference venue and I was very pleased that it was close and accessible for my purposes; also close was 2 pleasant parks where I could exercise and numerous shopping and eating outlets to visit. The resident cat was a delight and helped give the place a homely feel. The only negative about the limited parking, but the host was very accommodating when a vistor's carpark became available in the building's parking bays. I would certainly stay again.

Ideal location mid way between major gold coast locations and a tram stop at the end of the street. Very comfortable bed and facilities. Friendly host who offered the whole apartment to make yourself at home.

Was first time in a shared homestay, but Jeff and Tucker the cat were wonderful hosts and left you to your own privacy if you wanted. Easy to chat to and makes you feel at home. Great bathroom, comfy bed, split system aircon to keep you at the temp you like at night. Close to the beachfront. Super close to trams to get you anywhere. I walked everywhere though so I could eat plenty and not feel guilty. 20min walk to get up to cavil ave shopping area. Would totally do again.

Good security, traveling alone as a woman, I felt safe and comfortable. Host is a very kind and gentlemanly man. There is a cat named tucker witch is very cute and used to people. セキュリティ面で心配することはありませんでした。女性1人旅でしたが、安全で心地よく過ごすことができました。ホストはとても親切で、紳士的な方でした。ターカーという猫がいます。とても可愛らしく、人に慣れている猫です。
