A very practical 3 bedroom stone home with large rooms, Wattle House provides all the comforts of home with a welcoming décor easy to maintain. Wattle House is booked for a min of 2 nights at affordable rates, favourable for contractors and longer term stayers. A very convenient location, this property is a 2 min walk to the local IGA store and a 5 min walk to the main street of Kimba. This property has thick stone walls helping with climate control. heating and cooling provided. This property is fully facilitated and boasts laundry facilities with a new 10kg washer and 8kg dryer and large Fridge/Freezer. A full stove and microwave. A large TV and internet service gives access to media and workplace needs. A pet friendly, at a cost per pet per stay. Inside pets are confined to hard flooring areas only.
Semi Retired, love music and singing and fun times. Friendly Outgoing. Looking forward to travelling Australia later.
Walking trails – Roora Walking Trail, Roora Dam Big Galah tourism shop and Silo art - lit up at night. Swimming pool - open in summer on arrangement or demand. Advertised on Facebook. Fun Park, new and exciting playground for varied aged children. Eyre Minerals is a short drive from Kimba – ring for appointment. Many day trips from Kimba to visit the coast or go inland. Workshop 26 – very popular and a must go to.
