This beautiful property is located in an unique residence on the island. Only cunucu houses in bright colors are allowed to be build in this residence and tour busses sometimes pass through the residence to take a look. The house provides your vacation with an unique local character.

We (Ursula and Rudger) started renting out our second home in Aruba during 2012. What started as a hobby has now become... well a much larger hobby :) We like the contact with all our guests and to make them feel very welcome on our "one happy island". We like to take care of you, while you are on vacation and we take especial pride in our houses and in our service. We will do our utmost effort to provide you with the best possible vacation experience. You will find that the villas are especially clean, one of the many priorities we have in preparing the house for your arrival. The residence is close to everything. Palm Beach (the best beach on the island) is 5 minutes by car away and is actually just one straight road down from the residence. Shopping malls and major dining and night life area are also at 5 minuted by car. But don't forget to see all other attractions on the island... we will be happy to point them out to you!
