    Very convenient location easy walking distance to beach, restaurants, store. Lovely condo with excellent facilities. It was situated on the ground floor beside the pool, which was quite large.

This is a condo made by UK expats in 2008 who were missing simple necessities of comfortable life like nice location, gate around, spacious parking inside, large swimming pool, barbeque area , sports gym, common garden , property manager. These features are not widely available in BBD until today. It was sold completely to foreign owners and enjoyed by them. Typical owner spends several monthes in this tropical paradize to skip winter in Canada or UK. So it is a comfortable and quiet place to stay and yet it is walking distance to South beaches restaurants, bars, shops .
The apartment rental and general maintainance is managed by Seaside Realty Inc. They take care of check in and check out, guest requests, they can arrange car hire , tours, tickets as travel business professionals.
If you walk 200 meters to the ocean you will join the 1 Km long boardwalk. A pleasant walking place along the coastline. If you walk another 200 meters left you will find Rockley beach. Public beach with facilities and an artificial coral reef 200 meters long with abundant sealife and fine white sand ! There is a stretch of bars and restaurants along the boardwalk. I recommend Champers for a special dinner and Tapas for a casual one , Blakey's for a long drink. You can join joga class in the roofed open space in the middle of boardwalk. There is Lantern's shopping mall with supermarket next to our place. Highway 7 is 150 meters away with many bus taxis charging 2BBD to move you around. The closest big supermarket is Massy in Worthing within 2 Km. If you want a great tuna, swordfish , king fish, Mahi Mahi steak go to Oistins fish market (6 Km along HW7 east). They will chop it for you and price is about USD5 per pound. You simply marinate it in lemon juice and soy sauce for 30 minutes and grill it. It is fantastic and stands no comparison to frozen steaks ! Interesting to go to Barbados museum in historical Garrison area. Open 09-17. Avoid midday, because it is not airconditioned.
