Relax and unwind in this contemporary designed apartment with plenty of attention to detail. This centrally located space is the perfect combination of convenience and comfort! The apartment is spacious and full of natural light on the top floor of an 8 storey residential building. It is a modern, stylish space that is sure to appeal. It has ample green spaces both on the ground floor (which is rare to find in Dhaka!) and on the communal roof terrace. There is a lift and 24 hour generator and 24 hour security guards. The apartment has two bedrooms, three bathrooms, living room, dining room, kitchen and three balconies which are fully available to guests to enjoy. One other room is currently used as storage and is locked. There is a communal roof terrace perfect for sunset and green area and parking space on the ground floor. For groceries there is the major chain Shopno supermarket just a few yards away.
You can contact me via email before arriving. On the arrival day my co-host and building manager-Shahadat will meet you at the property. He is always onsite and can be contacted on his local phone number during your entire stay.
The neighbourhood of Mohammadpur is a vibrant, bustling area of Dhaka, within a 10 minute walking distance to the beautiful Houses of Parliament and surrounding green areas- perfect for a morning jog! The famous shopping and numerous quality restaurants area of Dhanmondi is a 10 minute fun rickshaw ride away! For groceries there is the major chain Shopno supermarket just a few yards away. Uber is great way of getting around Dhaka. For local journeys why not take a rickshaw?! My co-host Shahadat can help to arrange. If you need to hire a car with a driver for longer periods please let me know and I can arrange.
