Belle Vue is a cozy and very spacious upstairs apartment, with a unique and magnificent view on the Winecastle Genoels-Elderen, the only winecastle in Belgium and Holland. The apartment is located between Dutch wonderful town MAASTRICHT and Tongeren, oldest city in Belgium. Two cities worth to visit. And also shoppingcity Liège (Luik) is very nearby.

Genoelselderen (municipality Riemst) is a small and very typical village: wide slightly sloping fields and hollow roads in a fantastic green landscape and the unique marlstone caves (with underground mushroom farm, to visit!) in nearby Kanne. Our opposite neighbour is the famous Winecastle. Here you can taste the wines while you are sitting under the big trees of the park. Furtherup only 5 km you will find Alden Biesen, one of the most important monuments of the region, an enormous castle complex of the Teutonic Order, 16-17th century. Also nearby (5 km) is the historic city of Tongeren, the oldest city of Belgium, with the gothic Basilica and the Roman walls!
