Icons 2 is located in the centre of Ostend, walking distance from the tram, bus, train station and 1200m from the beach. The residence is recent and luxurious. The Mercator, fishing quay, city park, casino and shopping streets are just a stone's throw away. In the immediate vicinity there are restaurants, pharmacy and supermarkets. The accommodation offers views of both the city and the courtyard. The 100-square-metre flat has a furnished terrace at the front where it is nice to relax. It features a living room with seating area and flat-screen TV, a diner area with big table an 6 chairs and an open-plan fully equipped kitchen. There are also two spacious bedrooms, each with a double bed and built-in wardrobes. 1 of these was also fitted with smart TV. Through the bedroom, there is access to the sun terrace which was equipped with loungers. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, double sink, toilet and bidet. There is a separate guest toilet and a separate laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer. Towels and bed linen are provided. There is free wifi and bicycle storage. A private parking space in the residence is available on request (paying 15 euro per day). The flat offers all comfort and amenities, also for long stays. Pets are not allowed
