The hotel had amazing spacious rooms and a great spa. The staff was very friendly and the food was great. Also it was perfectly clean and well maintained. Definitely one of the best spa hotels in Bulgaria in my opinion.

We are returning to the hotel since we loved our first stay a few months ago. We really liked how spacious were the rooms. The overall interior design of the hotel is great. Staff is rather kind and helpful. The lobby is really pleasant an calm. Sport facilities were in great condition, especially the tennis courts. I really wish they manage to sustain the good level and improve on the few points that they need to fix.

Spacious rooms, extremely clean, proper ventilation in the rooms and bathroom,very well trained customer service professionals. Tested one massage as well - highly recommeded, the lady was a top professional! 3 restaurants available - one buffet and 2 a la carte, we tested Sofra - the traditional bulgarian restaurant outside the hotel, it was very tasty. Well-managed tv application which shows the restaurants menus as well as your total bill in the hotel. Hotel's management owns 2 other big hotels in Sofia and the quality of service is visible.

The place is luxuriously furnished and very spacy. It is working only for one year, and for this time they improved a lot ( this is my third visit) . The rooms are exceptionally big. The spa also offers many possibilities . There are also options for hiking nearby.
