The owners were extremely helpful and carried our heavy suitcases up and down the stairs for us. They lent us a brochure in English on Nova Zagora and the area around it, and gave us directions to various places. This lovely little hotel is well situated near to the town centre and the pedestrian only walkway, and it is about equally distanced between T-Market in one direction and Billa in the opposite direction, and both are excellent supermarkets. The kitchen was well equipped for self catering, and there was ample room to sit and watch TV in the lounge area, and there was a desk in the bedroom. There was also plenty of cupboard space. There are some very good restaurants nearby in the pedestrian area, and an interesting market area where we bought clothing etc at the little market shops and stalls.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. I needed to find the centre for covid testing. The owners found the location for me and gave me accurate directions. I needed a spare key to be cut for the property I am renovating. A friend of the owner drove me in his own car to a place where I could get a copy key made. This place is in a great location for the town centre with restaurants etc. and is very good value for money.

Tutto benissimo, anche se non parlavamo la stessa lingua, ci si spiega a gesti e ci si sente parte di un'unica grande famiglia! Camera stupenda, bellissime decorazioni, con balcone che abbiamo usato per rilassarci e fare una piccola colazione. Vicinissima al centro di Nova Zagora e a tutti i negozi. Piccolo negozio adiacente alla struttura dove comprare acqua e vari snack.
