Welcome! Our check-in is between 10 and 20hr. It is necessary to coordinate your arrival with some time ahead. If you want to include breakfast in your stay, you have to indicate so to our staff so they can book you. In case of last minute reservations please contact us via WhatsApp or by phone.

Property information

It is important to confirm your reservation before arriving at EMPTY LOT. As you mentioned, it is a camping area with your own tent, and not a room. Please note that there is no 24-hour reception, and check-in is usually between 9:00 and 21:00 hours. Please send a message trough whatsapp if you have any question. We offer accommodation in a rustic and natural environment with optimal cost / benefit, at the southern end of Ilhabela. We offer a simple structure, but all well organized and clean. An ideal place for families and travelers, for all those who enjoy nature and adventures, and for those who like to share with other people, in campfires amidst natural tranquility. The campsite is far from the city center and near the beaches and main tourist spots on the south side of the island. Access can be by car or bus. There is an access ramp of about 100 mts that is made of stones and steep. All kinds of cars can easily go up, although sometimes some people have some difficulty. The campsite is located in a strategic place for those who come to explore and do trails on the island, such as the path to Praia do Bonete that begins about 5km from the campsite.

Neighbourhood information

The structure of the campsite was formerly a stable that belonged to the "Flamboyant Hacienda". In the Taubaté neighborhood we have a natural sea pool and a waterfall, as well as several accesses to the rocky coast, with beautiful views and beautiful sunsets. A few meters away there is a pizza place, a bakery and a playground for children.
