Our house is located in the traditional neighborhood of Perequê just 300 meters from the beach. We are close to a green area of ​​great nature. Enjoy the late afternoon on our terrace, have a barbecue, enjoy a beautiful sunset or relax in our jacuzzi (Hydrospa). We accommodate up to 9 people in three suites + sofa in the living room, our location is very central. More information Feel free to bring your pets and they will have a large enclosed garden to play loose. The space Our house consists of 3 suites with independent bathrooms, living room, dining room, kitchen, Deck with barbecue, service area, pantry, 1 toilet, large garden, garage, Deck for sunbathing + Jacuzzi (Hydrospa). All suites have new split air conditioning. Guest access The garage has space for up to 4 cars. The property has a wall around it, a grid on the doors and windows. Interaction with guests Currently I do not live in the house, we have a housekeeper in charge of the house, when I am not in Ilhabela I am available by phone. All bed linen, towels and pillows are already included in the price

Neighbourhood information

The neighborhood We are on the side of Praia do Perequê, it is one of the most extensive in Ilhabela, and also famous for being in the central region, with easy access via the avenue. Its great infrastructure of bars, restaurants, tour agencies and parking guarantee a whole day at the beach for the whole family. Coming and going On the beach avenue you will have access to public transport (taxis and buses), as well as shops that rent bicycles to ride. Staying without a car at our house will not be a problem.
