We loved our stay at Familia Matteus. It was clean, calm, quiet and the hostess was super friendly and helpful. The neighborhood felt safe and it is walking distance to the beach, the supermarket, the bus station and to many nice restaurants and the city center. WiFi worked excellent. The covered outdoor kitchen and seating area was really nice for rainy days.
