All of it!! Well situated downtown, a good restaurant just at the corner of the street will grilled meat, grocery, convenience store and café are very close like 2 min walk distance. A lot of things to see and visit around by walk. The appartment is very clean, have everything that you need for your stay. I stayed 4 nights and it was amazing. The bed is so comfy. The owner is coming often at the building so if you need something you just have to text him and he will put it at your door! The building as 2 secured doors at the entrance so it is very safe! AC works well. The area is quiet even if it is downtown. Check in is easy. A place to come back for sure!!!
