Whole house in quiet residential area close to city centre, medical facilities, supermarkets, shopping centres, bars and restaurants, Cesamar Park and Graciosa Beach. Private secure parking for one pickup truck or two small cars and bbq area with hot tub. Two bedrooms with double beds and air conditioning. Double sofa bed in lounge. Two bathrooms one ensuite.
