The check in staff were very friendly and accommodating, I had been there before and Jon, who was super helpful, with great English remembered me. The beds were comfortable and the room was very big compared to a lot of hostels I'd stayed in in Copacabana. The rooms had large secure lockers and good AC. The location was great for access to the beach
