Very nice, clean and comfortable room with private bathroom and green balcony, in a private appartement that makes you feel at home. Friendly host, who lives in the flat and can give useful advice about does and don'ts in Sao Paulo. Well situated and safe area, close to métro that connects well to different areas in the city. 5 min walking to MASP on avenue Paulista. A must do! Thanks Douglas for the warm welcome!

The apartment is very well located. The facilities are very comfortable and clean, everything is very tidy.
I'm a graphic designer (www.douglassa.ml), I work from home. I sleep in the living room and use another bathroom. I love culture, a bar and a good chat.
The neighborhood is an eclectic center of culture (museums, cinemas, cultural center, theaters), shopping (malls, craft fairs, magazines and stores) as well as transport and all kinds of services 24 hours a day.
