You will be close to transit, Rogers Place, City Center mall, restaurants, liquor stores & River Valley. Ultra fast Gigabit Internet. Air conditioning in the unit. New York Style 1 bedroom 2 full beds (Queen & Double) condo has all you need including in-suite laundry, Netflix, full blown kitchen with all essentials. We look forward to hosting you! NOTE: You will receive a building fob, parking access card, and parking pass and if any are lost there will be a charge of 100 dollars each for a total of 300 dollars.
