Our freshly renovated house offers you a unique and perfect blend between modernity a warmth. To ensure your comfort, the house is fully furnished with a washer and dryer available to your use, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with high grade appliances. There are 4 bedrooms and two bathrooms, all including beddings and toiletries. We also offer convenient amenities to make your stay enjoyable, such as high-speed WIFI and a flat screen TV. Our home also has a big backyard with a spacious furnished patio, perfect for family barbecues or a relaxing morning coffee.
Located in a quiet and safe neighbourhood roundabout with a small park in the middle, perfect for families with kids. The house is situated at a five minute drive from many commerces and restaurants such as supermarket Adonis, Jean-Coutu, la Diperie, Couche-Tard, Shawarmaz and more. It is also a quick 25 minutes drive from Montreal's downtown. It is also a 7 minute drive from Carrefour Laval, the largest mall in the province.
