This private and cozy guest suite with a private entry is located on the basement floor of our home, and available long-term. Max 2 guests at any time. The furnished unit is fully equipped, clean and comfortable. Laundry is available for long term guests. **** 2023 UPDATE: We have upgraded the guest suite with thicker sound-absorbing walls to reduce noise from the adjacent unit. You will have a quiet and peaceful stay in the suite **** Our guests are quiet, respectful of our household, clean, and mature. This is an ideal space for someone working, moving, interning temporarily in Vancouver, or a international or exchange student. Please note this room is located in our basement suite. Footsteps, and house noises etc. can be heard. We have strict quiet times to ensure noise levels are kept to a minimum. *Strict: Overnight guests and entertaining with friends are NOT permitted on the property. Any drug use/abuse is not tolerated and will result in immediate termination. NO smoking tolerated anywhere on the property. The unit has carbon monoxide and smoke detectors. High quality unit amenities. Surrounded by shops, restaurants and attractions in minutes!
I am just upstairs if you need anything, but otherwise, you will have a private stay. You can reach me by text or email throughout the day if need be. Please make yourself comfortable!
This is a quiet and safe residential neighborhood, located only a 15 minute walk from super trendy Main Street, and a 10 minute walk to Fraser Street. Both streets contain a multitude of cute and hip coffee shops, restaurants, and attractions. Walking distance to Shoppers Drug Mart, No Frills Grocery Store, and many transportation routes to get to places such as Downtown Vancouver, Airport, etc. There are lots of transit options nearby. Both the Main and Fraser bus will take you to the Skytrain in 10 minutes. Or you could take the King Edward bus to the Canada Line subway station in 5 minutes. The King Edward bus also takes you to UBC in half an hour. Downtown Vancouver is an easy 25 minute bus ride, and the Airport is a 20 minute drive away.
