Welcome to our new suite, well designed and furnished with you in mind in the peaceful community of Glacier Ridge. Reap the benefits of staying close to the airport, mountains, shopping outlets including Cross Iron Mills, Beacon Hill , several restaurants and other points of interest. We ask that you be prudently silent and discreet, especially at night. Please close and lock all windows and doors when you leave the suite. Please do not keep any food in the bedroom. Guest will be given a smart lock code for side entry/suite. lockbox with the suite keys is installed on the basement stair railing, you will be sent the lockbox code to get the keys. You can park on the street, you will find free street parking. Guests can enter the suite via the side entrance All basic amenities are already provided, please check the listing amenities for your information. The guest's other request should be communicated on time for a prompt response. WiFi access is provided and the password will be available on your Airbnb profile/house manual. No eating meals in the bedroom. Absolutely NO unregistered guests without prior host written approval. Absolutely NO drug/alcohol use of any kind. Absolutely NO smoking of any kind, or burning of incense, candles, or any other substance inside the house and on this property. * No Marijuana smoking. This is very important No illegal activities on this property. No pet or animal is allowed in this house. Note that check-in starts at 3 pm, and check-out is at 11:00 a.m. Pre-arranged early or late checks are available, please ask for clarification. Any damage to the amenities or this property will attract commensurate replacement or repair costs deducted from your security deposit. Guests are expected to keep the suite clean. All used plates, cutleries, and utensils must be cleaned and drained. Garbage should be disposed of in the garbage can in the kitchen. Used Cans and bottles should be deposited in a bag ( provided in the kitchen
