The guest house is separate from the main house and is private accommodations not shared and is situated on a 1 acre lot, it has mature tress and gardens surrounding the entire property.It is very quite and cool in the summer. Public transport is across the street and we have some great trails for walking. We are located in a good neighborhood close to shopping , grocery. liquor outlet, fast food and fine dining restaurants. The new Courtenay hospital, North Island college and the aquatic center are all within walking distance. The location makes easy access to main connectors to Comox,Courtenay, the Air force base and airport and the Ocean Route to the North Island. If you are here for business or pleasure it is a great location.
Let me introduce myself. I am a retired hotel manager who managed fine hotels for the past 35 years.Best Western and Ramada. I love to garden and have 2 small dogs Rachel and Saby we go for lots of walks in the area and on the trails.
This is a quiet neighborhood that has a elementary school, pool and aquatic area.
