Hot Tub Hideaway is a newly renovated suite in the bottom of the main house. It is privately located on a dead-end road and just a few minutes' walk to the lake. The suite is ground level with a private entrance at the back of house. You will enter through the gate to the left. 10-minute drive to Shawnigan village and 30-minute drive to beautiful Victoria. The kitchenette has everything you need. The hot tub is privately enclosed on the patio perfect for 2 adults/2 children. Pet friendly upon request/approval only (sorry no cats allowed).

Hello and welcome to Shawnigan Lake. We have lived here for the past 20 years and raised up 4 beautiful children (3 boys and 1 girl). What we’ve enjoyed the most about the area is spending time on the lake teaching our kids how to boat, water activities and fishing (best bass fishing!) We love this community and we are seasoned travellers. We have had wonderful experiences being guests around the world and would like to share that experience with others! We would love to host you very soon.

The property is on the south west side of Shawnigan Lake. We are a 10-minute drive north to Shawnigan Village. In the heart of Shawnigan you will find two sandy beaches, Mason's beach and the government wharf has a dock and boat ramp, corner stores (Mason's), Jen's sushi, Subway, coffee and Oma's bakery, pharmacy plus more. On the West side we have a Provincial park with lake access and on the East side there is Recreation Rd. beach with lake access, play park and walking trails. The Cowichan Valley Trail, Historic Kinsol trestle, Malahat Skywalk, Spectacle lake, trails, hikes and wineries are also nearby.
