Host Information

This cottage is comprised of a large main cottage and a 2 bedroom boathouse. (BOAT HOUSE IS CLOSED FROM DEC 1ST THRU May 1ST)(RATES ARE ADJUSTED FOR WINTER MONTHS AND BOATHOUSE CLOSURE)The main cottage has 3 levels and a basement with walk out. A large deck off the living room that has seating (9) for outdoor dining. It comfortably sleeps 12 people. There is a king size bed, two queen beds a set of bunks with a double bottom and single top, a single bed with a trundle bed and a pull out couch in the basement with 3 bathrooms. Separate dining area with a good size harvest table, seating for 6 and there are stools at the counter in the kitchen. The Gorgeous boathouse sits directly on Sturgeon Lake. The master loft bedroom has a queen bed, pull out twin bed, walk in closet and spectacular views of the lake. New full kitchen with all amenities. The open concept granite and slate kitchen flows into the large dining area with seating for 4 with additional seating for 4 at the breakfast bar. The second bedroom is located on the main level with a queen size bed and small closet. 4pc bathroom in the Boathouse. Booking application & security deposit are required before your stay.
The exterior has several decks, overhanging Sturgeon Lake. Its a short Boat ride to Fenelon Falls which is on the Trent Severn Water System an inland waterway which runs from lake Ontario to Georgian bay and beyond. Supplies are readily available in Fenelon Falls where there is a large Grocery store (Sobeys), quaint shops, liquor & beer stores, restaurants, Marinas, service stations and so much more. In addition, there is health care centre in Fenelon and a Hospital within 20 miles.
