Spacious over 700 sqft loft, located in the heart of Vancouver. Best location in town. Close to Yaletown, Gastown, restaurants, pubs, Shopping malls. Enjoy city views from close to top level. Sleeps 4 with a queen bed upstairs and a comfy sofa bed easily convertible to a queen bed. You are welcome to play my tuned piano, but please no drinks on the piano. Alexa-powered automated blinds for added convenience. Smart TV. Portable AC. Free underground parking. Family friendly, pet friendly ❥(^_-)
Originally from China, I came to Vancouver on Christmas of 2017. Since then, I have called downtown Vancouver my home sweet home. I enjoy connecting with people, cherish the time spent making new friends over meals. I love animals, my home is pet friendly ❤ I also like playing piano, practicing yoga, going to the beach, belly dancing... Located at the very center of Vancouver downtown. How to get around: Walking: Southeast on Nelson to enjoy all nice restaurants and pubs in Yaletown, all the way to David Lam Park and walk along the seawall. Northwest on Nelson is Granville Street, some Irish style pubs. Northeast on Seymour, we are next to Orpheum, check VSO for concerts, and further to waterfront, Gas town. Southwest on Seymour, accross the bridge to Granville Island. Parking: 1 Designated underground parking in the building, P1 next to the gate. 2 Visitor parking pass for underground parking in the building. Street parking on Seymour in front of the building. Public Transit: Lots of buses on Granville st. just one block away. 7 mins walking to Skytrain Stations - Vancouver city centre station(for Richmond)/Granville station(for Burnaby...)
