Lucy’s place is home away from home. We started our lives in Canada and the place was perfect for that. Lucy was very helpful all the time, the era was quite and enjoyable. All of the appliances where new and that made the stay so comfortable.

Welcome to this 680 SQ, FT. newly built, centrally located basement guest suite situated in a safe, family-friendly neighborhood in Vancouver, which makes you easy to get anywhere in or outside of Vancouver. This adorable and bright 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom suite with its own separate entrance has a full kitchen (without a dishwasher), in-suite laundry, and all the essential amenities that you may need during your stay.
I'm owning this brand-new vacation home since July 2023. I offer a temporary home for people shortly staying in Vancouver for various purposes. Hope you enjoy your staying!
Very convenient and quiet community just steps from Memorial South Park. This cozy suite can make your stay easier during all seasons. It's thoughtfully furnished with modern decor and equipped with essential amenities, including high-speed internet, Smart TV, Netflix, fresh linens, towels, and toiletries. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, coffee machine, basic cookware, utensils, in-suite laundry unit, water radiant floor heating but no A/C.
