This brand new home is fully renovated from top to bottom and boasts 4 bedrooms, 3 washrooms, and a spacious backyard. Have a relaxing night in with your group in the games room, equipped with over 400 arcade games. This home can accommodate up to 16 guests - 4 beds for 8 adults, 2 floor mattresses, 2 sofa beds for 4 children. Each floor mattress is additional 100/night. The LOWER FLOOR has: -1 bedroom -1 washroom -1 sofa bed + arcade games Please note: There is a suite on the ground floor where 2 seniors stay and has a private entrance from the back door. The UPPER floor has: - 3 bedrooms - 2 washrooms with one being ensuite washroom - Living, dining and kitchen - Laundry OUTDOOR area is shared Other things to note: -ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES AND NO NOISE AFTER 10PM AS THIS IS A VERY QUIET NEIGHBOURHOOD WITH ELDERLY NEIGHBOURS AROUND. If this house rule is broken you will be asked to leave immediately with no refund and security deposit. *All reservations require a security deposit between five hundred to 1000 depending on the guest amount, which will be refunded after 15 days of checkout if guest amount is correct and no damages are found*
