This is a luxurious, modern, spacious and brand new 2-bedroom, 2-full-bathroom walkout basement duplex unit. It boasts a brand new kitchen with quartz countertops, an oversized island, pot-filler, sleek, slow-close cupboards for a modern touch, open -concept living and dining space, closets with customized organizers. Enjoy ample sunlight through large windows and stunning views of the walking trail, pond, ravine, and a quiet neighborhood. The private backyard offers an oasis with all season swim spa without neighboring properties! Conveniently situated in North London, this unit is surrounded by amenities like restaurants (Montanas, Boston Pizza, Kelseys, etc.), grocery stores (No Frills, Walmart), Gyms (HIIT Athletics, Combine Fitness), and both Catholic and public high/elementary schools. It's approximately 4-5km from Western University, close to Masonville Mall, bus stops, and Hyde Park shopping centers. Extra mattresses and air beds are available upon request. Please request the use of the swim spa before arrival. Also, kids and adult bikes are available upon request. Please note that this property accommodates maximum 2 adults or 2 adults plus 2-3 kids family.
We are happy and lovely couple who enjoys the friends and family around us! We are looking to provide a memorable and relaxing staycation to every guest in our beautiful holiday home!
This is a new subdivision without much traffic. Lots of trails, ponds and scenic areas nearby. There is a walking trail around the pool just around the corner! Kids can bike in the trail and they will definitely enjoy! We are looking to maintain a safe neighborhood by following the quiet hours (10pm to 6 am) and restricting the swim spa hours to 11 am to 8 pm daily. Please make sure small kids are wearing life jackets in the swim spa and no alcohol, drinks or snacks allowed at the spa. Please follow these things to ensure safety during your stay!
