NSWH was fully renovated in 2019 with all new appliances, a Queen bed with full ensuite bath, a second bedroom with a Queen bed, and a second full bathroom. The living and dining rooms boast large windows facing the ocean.
We live in Joshua Tree California in the winter, and Summerville Newfoundland in the summer/fall. We enjoy hiking, cruising traveling, and visiting France as often as possible :) We own and operate an international Radio & TV Ad Agency called Radio TV Agents LLC. Coco is an artist, working in paints, clay, and objets trouve (as you'll see when you visit). We especially enjoy welcoming our wonderful guests and their furry friends each season! Dave works from his shed at the back of the property and is available for any questions you might have.
Summerville is one of Newfoundland's best kept secrets. On the sunny side of Bonavista Bay, Summerville is an active fishing community with a busy fish plant at the wharf, where crab, lobster, capelin, cod, squid and other species are collected from local fishermen for distribution locally and abroad.
