-- The space -- A private studio suite, not a one-bedroom. A combination of living room, bedroom, with a kitchen/bar in one large space. The studio is located just 8 steps down from the main entrance with its own private entry. The open space easily accommodates a full sized coffee bar complete with comfy bar stools. The queen sized murphy bed and pull out sofa bed with memory foam mattress offer a good nights sleep. The kitchenette and coffee bar is equipped with a sink, convection microwave, mini fridge and freezer, induction cooktop, toaster, rice maker, kettle, and Keurig coffee maker.
Within walking distance to all services — Ray Friel Recreation Complex, shops, grocery stores, coffee shops, restaurants. For visual and performing arts the Shenkman Arts Centre is just a 6 min car ride away. Or simply take in a day of shopping at Place d Orleans Mall. Easy access by public transport (LRT) to downtown Ottawa. Experience the seasonal activities of ice fishing or swimming at Petrie Island. Nature trails and pathways - Mer Bleue, Greens Creek. For cycling enthusiasts explore along the Ottawa River - Sir George-Étienne Cartier Parkway.
