The location and the view were excellent. A very nice neighborhood, 3 blocks down to the beach plus views of the bay, the city, the castle, the lighthouse, and of course the sunrise, worth waking early. Laundry facilities were perfect for our family of 6 mid trip. The kitchen was amazing, it had everything we needed including some spices which is a nice touch. This is very much a family and pet friendly home. Complete with doggy doors to the fenced backyard, blankets for the dog to lay on, a sofa and chair to sprawl on, a six seat dining table, and a gourmet kitchen. The back deck is great, had a nice seating area with a great view. There are ton of windows taking advantage of the views and bringing in plenty of natural light. The beds were all comfy, nice large master bed. The tenants downstairs are very quiet and friendly when you do see them. The host was very helpful and responsive.
