The breakfast items left for to use were a very special treat. The suite was easy to access, and was definitely more roomy than I imagined it from the website so it was a lovely surprise. The suite has character, and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to use for our one night stay. Thank you.

    “It's a very spacious basement with three bedrooms, 1.5 baths, laundry, a kitchen with a basic induction cooktop. The place was warm in the middle of winter. It comes equipped with pretty much everything needed.”

A clean, cozy, self contained suite with 2 bedrooms, den + 1.5 bathrooms, located in East Vancouver's Hastings Sunrise, a few steps away from the PNE/Playland and Hastings Horse Race Track. The property is 20 minutes to downtown, 15 minutes to Commercial St area, 30 minutes to Kitsilano, 5 minutes to the edge Burnaby or North Vancouver. *Google Maps is a great resource to find out exactly where in Vancouver you want to be. The kitchen and island are central in this property's spacious layout with full amenities: fridge, toaster, microwave, cooktop, convection oven, Keurig coffee machine. Enjoy two sitting rooms, one with a piano from the 50's. Included at no extra charge are parking, laundry, WIFI, TV (Netflix, Prime), food items - everything you need to have a great stay in Vancouver. 1 queen bed in master bedroom + closet+shelving unit -ensuite with sink, toilet, soap, towels 1 double bed + closet 1 single bed, computer+desk, chair 1 full bathroom, shower, tub, toilet, sink -soap, towels, hair products, body wash 1 kitchenette with island and stools for 4 1 sitting room with couch and 2 chairs, coffee table+large TV 1 sitting room with piano, reclining chair and closet

A 1 minute drive over 2nd Narrows Bridge headed to North Vancouver or the other direction to Burnaby. 20 minutes to downtown or about 10 minutes to Commercial Street. Shop for grocery items at Donalds Market Eat at Tacofino, Sushi Nanaimo, the Roundel, Red Wagon, Fresh Slice Pizza Stroll along Hastings, rent a bike or a couple of blocks up the street, catch the Bus
