Welcome to our newly renovated basement one bedroom with shared washroom. The higher-than-average ceiling and lots of natural light will not feel like you are in a basement. House is located in a quiet street across from a park. Free parking on premise and on street. Near busy intersection with lots of foods and shopping options as well as major attractions BlackCreek Pioneer Village, York University Keel Campus, Oakdale Golf Club and Downsview Park.
I'm a home appliance technician. I grew up in Toronto. I live with my wife and 2 beautiful children. We love hosting guests and always try our best to provide the best experience for our guests.
House is located on a quiet street in a tree-lined residential area, across from a school and park. Near busy intersection with lots of food and shopping. 1 minute walk to Jane Finch Mall Less than 10 mins drive from major sites Black Creek Pioneer Village, York University Keel Campus, Oakdale Golf Club and Downsview Park. How to get around: Drive 7 mins to Highway 400 10 mins to Highway 407 and Highway 401 30 mins to Downtown Toronto Public transit 5 mins walk to Bus 36 on Finch Ave West 15 mins bus to Finch West subway station
