 - The acceptance of the Terms and Conditions of Quokka Sagl (you can read them by clicking on the link that is shown) - the uploading of an identity document (ID or Passport) - the entry of names, surnames, dates of birth of all guests. - the signing of a CONTRACT with the QUOKKA Sagl agency, with the acceptance of a set of Regulations. Only upon completion of all these steps, the guest will receive instructions to enter the building.

Get ready to immerse yourself in the beauty and tranquillity of the Swiss mountains in our Airolo Valley 1 flat. The flat is located on the third floor, easily accessible by lift, of a recently built building in the heart of Airolo. This spacious three-room apartment embodies the perfect blend of modernity and mountain tradition, offering a cosy and comfortable retreat for your holiday. The living room is the heart of the flat, featuring a large dark grey sofa that invites you to relax while admiring the magnificent view of the mountains through the window. The adjacent dining area is elegantly furnished with a refined glass table for 4, ideal for convivial evenings with family or friends. The modern kitchen has all the comforts and is fully equipped with everything you need to cook like at home (dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, oven, toaster, refrigerator and freezer). The flat has two bedrooms, both with comfortable and spacious double beds. One of the rooms boasts a balcony that directly overlooks the imposing mountain peaks, while the other offers a picturesque view through the window. Typical mountain-style elements, such as old ski poles in the dining room and an antique wooden sleigh in one of the bedrooms, lend a touch of authenticity and warmth to the house. A practical desk is an important element for those who also choose the flat for work or study. The bathroom is equipped with a spacious shower, ensuring freshness and comfort during your stay, which is certainly appreciated after intense days of skiing. A set of towels is included in the stay for each person, along with sheets and blankets and a courtesy kit. We also leave a basket with the necessities for a breakfast. Wifi is free and available to guests. For your convenience during the winter season, the flat also has a parking space in the garage, thus eliminating the need to remove snow from the car. Smoking is prohibited. All commercial activity is forbidden inside the flat.

Surroundings: Airolo is a renowned ski resort with various slopes suitable for all skill levels. Airolo Valley 1 is centrally located, offering access to various attractions and amenities in the surrounding area. The Airolo-Pesciüm ski slopes are easily accessible from the flat by car in 10 to 15 minutes and offer a wide range of winter activities, including downhill skiing, snowboarding and snowshoeing. A 10-minute walk takes you to the Airolo railway station, which offers train connections to other Swiss and international destinations. It is an ideal starting point for hikes and day trips. There are numerous restaurants, bars and cafés nearby where you can enjoy local specialities, international cuisine and relax with a drink after a day of exploring. You will also find grocery shops, supermarkets, bakeries and other shops. The surrounding area is also rich in hiking trails that lead to breathtaking landscapes, alpine lakes and panoramic views. It is possible to go on hikes of varying length and difficulty, suitable for families, experienced hikers and nature lovers. About 20 minutes' drive away is the Swiss National Park, a protected natural paradise with extensive flora and fauna. It is an ideal place for hiking, wildlife spotting and picnics in unspoilt nature How to get there: By car: from the motorway exit it will take 5 min to reach the flat. Leave the A2 motorway at the Airolo exit and take Via della Stazione for 1.3 km. Take Via S. Gottardo for 81 m and then take Strada di Valle for 550 m. By train: After arriving at the station, take bus number 120 Osogna and get off at "Airolo, Buco di Cavalli", from there in about 8 min you will be at the flat.
