The Modern house was built in 2009 and is in good quality, located in the beginning Niederried 7min to Interlaken. Access to the covered parking and garage is winter safe. The house is very modern and each room have separate bathroom. Each room, terrace, balcony on the upper floor, has an un-obstructable Lake view is very sunny, quiet, comfortable and close to the village center of Niederried. In- terlaken is only a few minutes by car, Niederried also have train connection to Interlaken.
I am a Marketing Graduate from London. In 2016, I was studying in London for my Undergraduate in Business Marketing. We use to visit Switzerland very often, infact, every time we visit this Heavenly place, my Dad always wanted to have a Home here in this serendipity. We bought this place in 2016, to call it as our Holiday Home. We only use this house maximum of 2 Months aggregate a year. All the time spent here feels like paradise, feels like you are in heaven. In 2023 we are happy to offer you new beautiful and carefully selected Home in Interlaken, Switzerland. We personally furnished our Home with all our many years of experience. The close cooperation with all the Home owners, many are already our friends, we enjoy it a lot. Our passion is for you, dear guests, to discover this fascinating Heavenly place for yourself in a Niederried town Home.
"Nidirriet", Niederried is mentioned for the first time in 1303, but there are some important ones Finds that formerly lived in the present municipality area.
