The house is nestled in a private garden at the entrance of the farm. The house is adjacent to Rio Negro. We raise chickens, ducks, geese, turkey, and quail. We also have goats and sheep. There are 10 rescue dogs and 6 cats who moved in :-). The animals are all enclosed except the birds who are free roaming. This house has a fenced garden perfect for visitors with furry traveling companions.
I moved to Costa Rica over a decade ago and bought this old cacao farm. I am a digital nomad and work from my home which is also located on the farm. I enjoy hosting and meeting new people :-)
The house is 2km from the main road in Cocles. You will need transportation to get around. The supermarket it 200m from the entrance of Calle Margarita. There are beautiful beaches from Manzanillo to Cahuita that are all within a short drive. The closest beach is only 10-15 minutes away. The Jaguar Rescue Center is also 10-15 minutes from the house.
