The coffee farm was built in 1977. Over the decades it has converted an empty grassland into a bio-diverse environment. We built the Ecolodges right before the 2020 pandemic started. We are now in an exciting rebuilding phase as the world opens again for tourism. On the farm you will find multiple coffee farmers who have been maintaining and slowly building the environment for decades. You can also meet the Tico family run restaurant that is making a big change from traditional Tico food to a modern Tico restaurant and café experience. Lastly keep an eye out for those english speaking geographers who are the new residents of the farm and help us with the coffee tours.

Finca Noemy is high in the mountains of the Occidental Valley. It has over 5 species of coffee plants and multiple vistas where you can drink your coffee in the clouds. On a daily basis you can see flocks of green parrots, hordes of butterflies, examine blooming flowers, and listen to the sound of nothing except nature speaking. The farm is a very bio-diverse place which offers visitors those pleasant surprises for a memorable time. It is an active farm so it can be gritty at times. We grow coffee, process coffee fruit, and dry the coffee in our green houses. We have built the EcoLodges so visitors can have a rare experience where they can watch nature and coffee farmers interact and be a part of that engagement or quietly watch from afar. The choice is yours. Lastly our facilities are not glamorous nor are they rustic. Our EcoLodge is close to the experience of "glamping" without the stress of sleeping in the open. Toss away the headphones, the Netflix and YouTube, turn off your phone and instead grab a book, coffee cup, and camera and create Pura Vida.

The EcoLodge and coffee farm is in a rural area mostly dedicated to the cultivation of coffee. As you drive through the mountains of San Ramon to the coffee farm you will witness breath taking views of the surrounding villages like Piedadas Norte and Piedadas Sur. Wispy clouds, and flocks of birds circles you and you experience deeply what is called "Micro-Climates".
