The gloriously friendly and wonderful welcome from hosts Markus & Eva set the scene for an amazing few days. To top this off, the views are stunning. The stylish, smart, super clean rooms are very spacious with a comfortable bed. Our room was one without aircon, so we slept with the sound of the sea. The breakfast was the best we had on our two week road trip tour. Only one other place came close. Dinner was superb and highly recommend you pre-book yourself in for a night. Seriously enjoyed. Finally do ask Markus for a cocktail or better still, several, they will most definitely put an even bigger smile on your face!

Beautiful iews overlooking the Pacific ocean. Clean and refreshing swimming pool and spa pool. Eva and Markus were super hosts; there when you needed them and discreet when not. Breakfast was fantastic. About 1km from the beach. We really had a most relaxing time.

Everything was already said about the apartments and the owners. Ewa and Markus are the perfect hosts, from the moment you arrive you feel as part of the family. Their dedication to their hosts is sincere and the property reflects their taste and attention to detail. The property is perched on a hill overlooking the ocean and the gorgeous sunsets. The casitas are of the highest quality, cleanliness and comfort. Everything is there to make your stay agreable and unforgettable. We for sure will always remember our stay at Palmetto, the great bed and shower, the fine breakfasts and and refined suppers, Markus' choice of wines, Ewa's advice and kindness and of course the pool and the sunsets. Playa San Miguel is one of the best beaches around.

Great breakfast. Lovely bed. Wonderful hosts who were very friendly. We only stayed for one night but were treated like kings for the duration of the stay. Watch out of the tricky drive up the hill, but once you're up there everything is great.

We had a great couple of days in this really beautiful and newly renovated B&B. Eva and Markus are great hosts always looking after their guests. The rooms was perfect with seaview, hammock and super clean. We enjoyed beautiful sunsets. Very good breakfast with selfmade bread, yogurt and jam. We would definately come back on our next trip to CR 😊 You should get a 4x4 to get up to the hotel since the road is steep and rocky. We barely made it up with our normal regular car. Eva shuttled us down to the restaurant, if needed. Thanks again for that!

A great place and one of our favourite places we stayed at! You’ll see an amazing sunset and it’s perfect to have a few real es days. The location is a bit off the street in the mountain, so a 4x4 is needed or reach out to them before for a pick up. The whole house is clean, smells good and everyone’s nice. I can definitely recommend staying here!

Eva and Markus were great hosts! The place is beautiful- we loved the views and sitting on the deck at sunset. Both dinner and breakfast was delicious.
