This is a spacious one bedroom apartment with a balcony which faces the sea front. It has a unique location since it is situated within 1 minute of walking from the beach, 3 minutes from CTO beach and 5 minutes from the famous 5* Golden Bay Hotel. The apartment is a part of a private complex and it has a private covered parking space as well. There are plenty of restaurants, bars, groceries, souvenir shops, cafes in the area. The famous Ayia Napa and Protaras are just 20 min drive away. The apartment has a kitchen which is fully equipped. You will also find linen, towels, toilet paper, shampoo and soap. It also has double glazed windows for complete privacy. There is FREE Wifi in the apartment . The complex of apartments is very secure and private.
I am 47 years old. I am married and I have 2 children. I am a University graduate and I run my own business.I speak Greek, English and just a little bit of Italian. I am available during your stay to answer all your questions and help you how to get around.
The apartment is 4km away from the University of Central Lancashire and about 8km from the city centre of Larnaca. The famous 5* Golden Bay Hotel is located 200m from the apartment, together with the 4* Sandy Beach Hotel and the 4* Lordos Beach Hotel. The apartment is located on the frontline of the beach. You walk to the beach in 1 minute. The beach is mainly used from the residents of the complex.
